Uhmm!

The conversational modifier, "Interesting'' comes to mind. The hand written note was most welcomed as was the secure packaging to protect the contents. Inside, one item was ''spot-on'' where as the other ... needs love. ''Its'' logo is skewed, crooked, not sewed as to be level and parallel to the horizone. These ''items'' are a modest honorarium for my Management Team. And as such, need to be commensurate with meeting, beating and exceeding expectations ... and so it goes.
